Reiki (“ray-kee”) is an ancient healing art used for pain, stress reduction and relaxation. It restores energetic balance and facilitates growth and healing on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki therapy energetically aids the body in balancing its vital energy, removing energetic blocks, detoxifying systems and encouraging renewed vitality. Through this energetic balancing, Reiki therapy promotes an increase in the body’s ability to heal itself by helping to create an environment where the body’s innate healing wisdom is supported in a deeply relaxed state; just as our body is able to heal better and rejuvenate while we are sleeping.

For each session Intuitive Guidance is combined with Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Chakra Balancing to provide physical, emotional, and energy healing. This is healing from the inside out that continues to work in days to follow.

Kundalini Reiki with Julia

Kundalini Reiki focuses on igniting a process of personal growth and expansion. It's an incredible booster used to help one through the awakening process, helping align one's inner Kundalini fire, which lies dormant at the base of the spine until the process of awakening begins.

Reiki is an intelligent energy, receiving this form of Reiki will enhance wherever one is at in their spiritual journey, focusing on the main chakras through the spinal region and meridians, the energy will flow through in a way that is correct for one and their current state. This form of Reiki also helps unionize and balance the energies within one's being.
